Bringing a whole new meaning to the expression "Busy going nowhere", top sports cyclist Dani Buyo attempted a world record for the longest static cycling marathon – that’s a marathon where all the action takes place on a static exercise bike (so there's not much danger of falling off or getting run over).

Dani was hoping to beat the previous record of 82 hours, which was established by Brian Overkaer at the Hovedbanegaerden in Copenhagen, Denmark between 15 and 18 May 2006.
